Trading Terms
Packaging: We supply our products in a resealable polythene bag which is placed in a strong, padded (bubble-type) mailing envelope.
Paper weights: The weight of the paper which we supply is measured in grams per square metre (gsm).

Paper sizes: The sizes of the paper which we supply are based upon the relevent standards set by the International Standards Organisation, namely the ISO A Series for writing paper and the ISO C Series for envelopes.

Payments and Refunds
All payments and refunds between Tagin and its customers will be by means of the PayPal™ payment transfer service. We do not receive the customer's credit card, debit card or bank details.

We are based in the United Kingdom and our prices are quoted in United Kingdom Pounds Sterling. Postal Matters
We are based in the United Kingdom and mailings to customers will generally use the services of the Royal Mail. Packets will be sent to customers at the Royal Mail first class rate or
air mail rate as appropriate.
Postal charges will vary according to the weight and size of the packet. Postage on larger orders may be cheaper pro rata and we will refund to you any excess postal payments via Paypal™.
Privacy
